Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether used in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Processing includes order verification, packaging, and handing over to our shipping partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer standard, expedited, and same-day or next-day delivery options where available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays. In case of significant delays, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel or wait for delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office.

If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Based on our Return & Refund Policy, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Refunds for undelivered shipments will be processed excluding the shipping fee once the package is received back.

We will hold returned packages for 7 days before processing refunds or re-shipment.

We accept online payments only, including prepaid UPI, debit/credit cards, or bank transfers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
