Returns
Please note: We do not accept returns except under the following conditions:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues only.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• Custom-made or personalized Goods are not eligible for return, except in the case of damage or defect.
Return Shipping Responsibility
• If the return is due to damage or an incorrect item, We will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the exchange is due to a sizing issue, You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label if applicable. If a prepaid label is not available, You must pay for shipping first, and We will reimburse You if applicable.
